Who we are:
Cherry Creek Pointe Townhouse Association is a non-profit corporation incorporated
in the State of Colorado. Its sole purpose is to own and manage the common areas in
the Cherry Creek Pointe neighborhood, located near S. Parker Road and E. Tufts
Circle in Aurora, Colorado.
The neighborhood consists of 75 two-story townhouses in 14 buildings. The first
buildings were completed in 1999, and the final houses were sold in 2003. The
houses range in size from 1,600 to approximately 1,850 square feet, most with full
basements.
