Our Management Team
Denise Kinney, Owner. Denise has completed significant classwork to enhance her
ability to provide management services. Her experience in customer service and as a
small business owner prior to joining CCHP makes her a valuable team member in
managing the day-to-day operations of our client associations.
Dave Kinney, CMCA, AMS, Owner. With over 20 years experience in senior financial
positions in a variety of industries, Dave is responsible for all accounting and record
keeping requirements.
Ron Koch, CMCA, Director of Association Services. Ron's experience in the
insurance business as an adjuster, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and
Master's in Project Management, coupled with several years experience as an
Association Manager, make him a resource all of our clients can rely on.
